Shimba Hills is 250 sq.km, 120-450 metres above the sea level.Located on South West mof Mombasa on Kenyan Coast it’s 35km from Mombasa to the main gate.The climate is cooled by strong breezes,morning mist and cloud average temperatures is around 24 degrees celcious.The vegetation is coastal rain forest and grasslands interspersed with woodlands and coastal bush.There are prolific birdlife of 111 bird species.The animal to be sighted includes sable antelopes, buffaloes, waterbucks, hyena, warthog, giraffes, elephant, skyes, vervet monkey and colombus monkey, serval, duikers, suni, bush pig and ostrich.

Day 1 Pick up from your hotel and drive to Shimba Hills National Park for game view,lunch then another game drive with a walk to famous Sheldrick’s Falls which is 4 kms trek accompanied by the armed ranger guide.The walk take 30 mins down and 45 mins up to the falls.You can walk between the water,cliffs and swim safely in small pools.Then a walk in wooden walk way 120 m into the tropical rain forest.At the end is a place for bird watchers to enjoy the butterflies.The sight and sounds of the forest and soothing trickle of water flowing from a spring.Depart and arrive at Mombasa at 5.00p.m.
